1. Service Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:

Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Work

If the final deliverables (e.g., website, SEO campaign, ad strategy, or content) do not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality standards, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery. We will attempt to make necessary revisions first. If the issue remains unresolved after revisions, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the nature of the service and work completed.

Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you cancel a project after services have begun, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the project fee based on how much work has been completed. For services that are close to completion or fully delivered (e.g., launched websites, completed PPC campaigns, delivered content), no refunds will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services involve immediate resource allocation or third-party costs and are non-refundable once initiated:

  • SEO Strategy Reports and Keyword Research

  • Completed Website Development or Finalized Web Assets

  • Written Content (Blogs, Web Copy, etc.) once delivered

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns and associated media spend (PPC)

  • Social Media Campaign Assets and Scheduling

  • Third-party costs (e.g., hosting, domains, premium plugins, ad budgets)

3. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at support@fevservices.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the deliverables. Please include your project name, invoice number, and the reason for your request. Our team will evaluate the issue and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution but typically takes up to 10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response, we encourage you to communicate with us directly. We are committed to resolving all disputes in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.

6. Policy Updates

FEV SERVICES LLC may update this policy from time to time. All changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
